Customer Reviews
Good scooter, long delivery wait
I ordered the Fluid Horizon a few weeks ago after a lot of research, looking for something reliable for my daily commute. The ordering process on their site was straightforward, easy to navigate, and I found all the specs I needed. Confirmation email came right away. Shipping took longer than I expected, it was about 12 days for it to reach my place in New Mexico, which felt a bit extended considering other online purchases I've made. The scooter itself arrived well-packaged, no damage during transit. Assembly was pretty simple, mostly attaching the handlebars and checking tire pressure. I had a quick question about activating the speed modes, and their customer support chat was responsive, giving me clear instructions within minutes. The Fluid Horizon rides smoothly, battery life is as advertised, and it handles hills better than my previous scooter. Overall, a solid product, just wish delivery was quicker.
So happy with my Apollo City!
I finally got my Apollo City and it's amazing! The ride is so smooth and it's super zippy. It got here faster than I thought it would, too. Definitely shopping here again next time I need something scooter related. I'm already telling my friends about this place!
Decent purchase, some shipping issues
I bought a set of Replacement Tires for my Kaabo Mantis 10. The price was fair, and the website made it easy to find the right ones for my model. The tires themselves seem to be good quality, sturdy rubber, fit perfectly. However, the shipping was a bit confusing. The tracking information didn't update for several days after I got the initial notification, which made me wonder if it was actually shipped. It eventually showed up, took about 8 days to reach California. Customer service was okay when I inquired about the tracking, polite but didn't have much more info than what was already online. I'm happy with the product, just think the shipping updates could be more consistent.
Got a new charger, all good
My old charger for the Fluid Horizon quit on me, so I jumped on FluidFreeride to get a new one. Found it super quick, checkout was easy. It got here in about a week. Plugged it in and it charged up my scooter no problem. Easy peasy.

Thinking about the Apollo City vs. the Fluid Horizon. Anyone got experience with both or can say which is better for city commuting?
Does anyone know if they allow more than one discount code? I have a newsletter signup one and saw another for an accessory bundle.
Hey, I'm a first responder. Do they have any kind of discount for us, or is it just military?
Is Fluidfreeride a legit place to buy from? Never heard of them until I started looking for scooters and their prices seem pretty good.
Does Fluidfreeride offer Affirm or any other payment plans? A high-end scooter is a lot to drop all at once.
